With a strong background in operations management and vast first-hand real estate, property and facility management knowledge Roxana started ProPM in 2015, with vision and dedication to develop a company that delivers efficiency in all fundamentals of property maintenance therefore, maximizing profitability for all the company’s clients.
During her time in real estate, Roxana has explored into all aspects of real estate investment, development, acquisition and sales. From 2012 to 2015 Roxana was Office Buildings Property and Facility Manager at Facilitec Romania and was managing the daily operation of 5 office buildings – Tenant and Landlord liaison for all matters pertaining to the building, maintaining and developing the customer relationship, conflicts mediation, leasing management, building maintenance plan, coordination of the technical team, coordination of all FM activities and other related services (ISU, waste management, cleaning, security, snow removal, building signage etc).
Between August 2010 and August 2012, as the Executive Director of West Facility Management Company Roxana was in charge with Property and Facility Management for Novo Park and West Gate Park / West Gate Campus (over 110.000 sq m under administration). In 2010, as Real Estate and Facility Manager of Siemens SRL, Roxana sold a historical monument for 210.000 Euro and was in charge with the company headquarters relocation to an A class office building.

Lucian Tanase is a dedicated and motivated professional with over 15 years of experience in engineering, installation execution repairs and maintenance, 12 years in management and consultancy and over 10 in sales. Lucian is one of the key members of ProPM team being responsible for daily operational activities of the company, based on co-ordination and cost control.

With a large experience in engineering Lucian Tanase was involved in Executing and maintenance of security systems (CCTV, Fire Detection, Control Access, Intruder System, Loudspeaker system) for Raiffeisen Bank, BRD, Bancpost, Unicredit, Alpha Bank, OTP, Carrefour, Cora, and Loteria Nationala providing also warranty service/maintenance for clients of the UTI GROUP. Lucian has also played an integral role in providing professional services for some major companies like Baneasa Shopping City, Bucuresti Mall, Plaza Romania, Brasov Business Park, Platinum Casino and other 4,000 customers nation wide, having a crucial role in creating, developing and updating department’s operations procedures, elaborating technical offers and supervising the local and national execution and maintenance teams.As General Manager of SkyTech Advisor Lucian provided consultancy, maintenance and repairs services to AIG Lincoln, Lafarge, Allianz Tiriac Asigurari, Alcorca Group, Facilitec Services, Generali, COS, Regus.

Duglas Papanicu

Duglas Papanicu

Duglas Papanicu has an extensive experience of 20 years in administration services like facilities for offices and buildings, security, car fleet administration and expatriates accommodation.

From 2014 to 2016 Duglas held the position of Middle East Facility Manager for Autodesk covering the facility management issues for 7 Autodesk offices in Bucharest, Istanbul, Tel Aviv, Dubai, Doha, Johannesburg and Riyadh. In this position he was responsible with budgets, expansion projects, office space rent and operational activities based on the contracts. As a National sales director of BU Facility management – UTI GRUP – Duglas created the Facility management services and products strategy based on the needs of each regional market, regional competitors and the company’s technical regional competencies.

Duglas Papanicu is a member of the board of directors of Romanian Facility Management Association (ROFMA) and member of Middle East Facility Management Association (MEFMA).
